The Disability Certificate is not just a document for a person with disability, but a proof of his\/her disability and an important tool for availing the benefits \/ facilities \/ rights that they are entitled to, from the Federal as well as Provincial Government under various appropriate enabling legislations.<\/p>

How to obtain Disability Certificate:<\/strong><\/p>

The procedures for obtaining a disability certificate are different for the Federal i.e. Islamabad and the provinces.<\/p>

Get a form from CRPD (Council for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons)<\/li>

Fill the form and submit with the required documents.<\/li>

You will be called for \u201cMedical Assessment bored\u201d at National Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine (NIRM).<\/li>

\u202f After 1 month you can receive your \u201cDisability certificate\u201d from NCRDP<\/li><\/ol>
